In the Himalayan foothills of Rishikesh, India, I set out on a life-changing path with the goal of becoming a Certified Yoga Teacher. Unlocking the ancient wisdom of yoga and kindling a deeper understanding of the mind, body, and spirit, the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Himalayan YTTC Rishikesh was a holy pilgrimage to the core of the discipline.
