Hi,

Is there a C4D API call for retrieving the PID given a process name? Our plugin spawns a new process when we do IPR (re-rendering) and we need to figure out if the process is still alive.

are you talking about threads or processes? As far as I know the Cinema API does not handle processes so you would probably have to use OS functions.
