Missing file?

In the '(C4DR8)\Resource\res\description' directory, there is a 'Tclaudebonet.h' file, but no corresponding 'res' file.

Is this intentional, or is there a file missing?

I don't think the file is missing. Otherwise C4D would complain. Claude Bonet probably sets up its description itself, only using the IDs in the file you mention. (You can see this for yourself if you use GetDescription() and scan through the tag's content.)
