Unfolding hierarchy

    I wrote the following routine to unfold a hierarchy. But it is not working :-(
    At least, the OM stays the same. What is wrong with it? Thank you in advance.

    If it is named BIT_OFOLD, so being set, it should mean folded. I was deleting it to UNfold.
    If setting it, unfolds, it should be named BIT_OUNFOLD, right?
