the settings displayed in the "Automatic Redraw" dialog are actually stored in the BaseDocument using the internal IDs 100001625 and 100001626. Using these IDs you can read the values. If you change these values you have to call EventAdd() to update the dialog.

Please notice that these are internal IDs that may change in the future.
