    Hi,

Is there a way to get your user data button inside XPresso?
The only functionality I saw with that button, was with programming the functionality.
Is there no way to just work with it inside XPresso?

Thanks for your help and time!

    Hi Casimir,

I'm not quite sure, I understand, what you are trying to do. Actually Xpresso is thought to create expressions, which are evaluated in the render pipeline. In contrast, a button is handled in the GUI, needing user interaction. These parts should be kept strictly apart.
But of course there are ways you could work around it. For example you could use the button to increment a User Data counter, which then again can be easily evaluated using Xpresso.

    Hi Andreas,

Well, I basically want to use it to reset objects to a specific matrix.
This would make it a lot easier for the animators.

And I'm doing it inside XPresso because I think that's the easiest way to implement that in my objectData plugin.
