--------- I have my DescriptionToolData plugin already showing a circle around the cursor as I move in the editor. I can control the radius of the circle using a slider in the Attribute Manager. But, I can't drag the circle in the editor. I mean, it moves when I move the cursor. But when I keep the mouse pressed, the cursor moves but the circle remains in the location it was when the mouse was clicked. How can I make it follow the cursor, even when the mouse button is pressed?

Howdy,
Add a DrawViews() call inside the while() loop.
