I'd like a plugin that would seamlessly unite two meshes, where the edges to be meged have different number of points and polys. With current c4d tools this can't be achieved without manually bridging, welding, adding points, creating polygons etc.

See my recent thread "How to seamlessly unite objects" at the Postforum if unsure of what I'm talking about.

    Thanks a lot!

Have found a plugin that does the job:

    http://homepage2.nifty.com/aquawave/e/cafeteria/stitch_sew2.html

I may be wrong, but I think Stitch & Sew only works when the surfaces you are connecting have an equal number of points.
