Using Cython in C4D [SOLVED]

Hi,
I am trying to use cython in a C4D plugin but I do not know how to build cython with the C4D's embedded python or how to change which version of Python C4D is using.

Are either of these approaches possible or is there some other route to using cython in C4D?
