Situation I've made a material with a proximal shader (in the luminance channel). As you know, you have to drag the 3D object in the proximal shader properties for it to work properly.
Problem I want to apply the same material (with its custom proximal shader) to a whole bunch of different objects. That would mean that for every object, I would have to make a new material and then drag the object in its properties. And that would take a very long time.
Wish - Wouldn't it be awesome if the object automatically appeared in the proximal shader properties after applying the material to that object? - Is it possible that there is only one material needed for this task? Instead of having to make a new material for every object?
I'm hoping to find a solution for this problem. Every help is much appreciated.
