Effector into Cloner

Im trying to use code to put an effector into the cloners effector list. I found the cloners effector list can be called with c4d.ID_MG_MOTIONGENERATOR_EFFECTORLIST. I didn't find anything in the documentation although im sure its something simple. Any ideas?
