Sorry for opening so many threads here, but the subjects are quite different.
I have a Object data plugin and i specify the UI -> the object properties interface in th .res File. Problem is, that i would like to be able to add more InExcludedata Fields dynamically, meaning that if you click a "+" sign, another inexclude field appears.
Is that possible with the .res approach?
if not, how?

no it is not possible with Python. For C++ see NodeData::GetDDescription().

You aren't really missing anything that special though.
Even if you had access to the GetDDescription() in Python. You still couldn't delete them once you've created them. All you can do is hide them once they are created.
It's a pretty big limitation.
UserData is the only way to have true complete control over dynamically creating, changing, & deleting gizmos. And you have that in Python.
