Has anyone done a straight simple SetKeys Command using DescID(DescLevel) for the length of a scene without any issues in that the original keys interpolation is not messed up? (Basically baking parameters).
What I thought was pretty straight forward have had me in a loop for a couple of days.
Simple scenario, set regular key at frame 0 and another one at the end of scene using Linear interpolation in Project settings.
Then run a set keys (Baking) command that that sets a key for each frame. The result for me is that the keys are -not- linear (following the original curve) but in a easein shape.
Using three keys, the set keys are in a easein shape between existing original keys.

Apparently, for me, setting keys for each frame on the same track I'm reading from, does make the interpolation faulty. Setting keys for an object without tracks/keys, i.e. is driven by expressions, all work as it should. This was my intention (bake expression driven objects) but when trying to bake already key framed objects, I ran into this issue. I guess for those cases I need to work on some sort of copy.
