R11 License Server with C4D R13

One of my users seems to be having problems registering my plugin using an R11 License Server serial number with a new seat of Cinema 4D R13 added to it.  I don't know if there is a different License Server serial number involved (maybe the seat count has changed and he doesn't realize it?).  Can C4D R13 be served by the R11 LS and would he probably have a changed or a new LS serial number to work with?

From what I've seen, the R11 License Server can serve licenses for multiple versions of Cinema 4D, but if that's the case, the different versions would be part of different "Serial Packages" (and thus would have separate "Multi-License" serial numbers, potentially with different seat-counts, etc).

If the seat-count and digits are actually the same, the other thing to check would be the license key string that you provide, where the version is specified...
