Here's a simple example of using the splineGUI:https://sites.google.com/site/scottayersmedia/MySplineGUItag.zip

#Edit:
Never mind guys. I kept working on it until I finally got it all working.
My brain is totally fried from starring at this thing all weekend. :nauseated_face:

I'll leave the file posted here in case anyone needs a boost getting started with the splineGUI.
I don't even want to think about splineGUI's for the next few days:joy:

I don't have much time to test your plugin now, but I did take a quick look into the source.

   def Execute(self, tag, doc, op, bt, priority, flags) :

  bc = tag.GetDataInstance()     #Get the tag's container so we can use the various gizmos in it
 **     mysplineGUI = c4d.SplineData()**
    if mysplineGUI:
    mysplineGUI.SetKnot(index=0, vPos= c4d.Vector(0,0,0)) #<-------Does not work!!!

  return True

Why do you create a new SplineData instance here ? It does not have any reference to the one in the gui, of course this will not work. :) Make the SplineData created in the Init method an attribute and access it where you need it.

Cheers, !
