Here is a script I wrote to obtain your Plugin IDs from the plugincafe. It enables you to obtain Plugin IDs per commandline. If an ID is already available, it won't create a new one, but rather give you the one that is already there.
Usage:
plugincafe.py nux95 xxx2xas
plugincafe.py nux95 xxx2xas MY_ID
plugincafe.py nux95 xxx2xas MY_ID -stay
plugincafe.py nux95 xxx2xas -debug
