--------- Hello;
when I want to control a scene view, I can do so through its BaseDraw/BaseView class which provides a Camera object that can be modified.
But what is the equivalent method for a Timeline? It shares move/zoom icons with scene views, but I cannot find anything in the API to control it.
- What is the class behind a Timeline view? - What is the command that returns the active Timeline? - How are zoom factors and "camera" positions checked and changed?
Thanks for any info...

The Timeline window is most likely derived from GeUserArea. You can't determine in a plugin which is the active Timeline window.

Seems like the API needs more features for specific windows control. Object windows seem no better off... there is quite a bit of functionality that is inaccessible for plugins (and which would be needed for some ideas of mine...).
