--------- In R11.5 and R12 there seem to be direct means to call BodyPaint 3D commands so as to simulate some of its functionality - which may allow me to do the Cylinder projection. In older versions, no such access exists directly. My question is: is performing the UV Mapping->Projection->Cylinder possible in all of these versions and how would it be done in each (as they differ)? This is very critical to the final phase of my next commercial release and expedience plus decisiveness would be appreciated.
Thanks much!!!

I mean, how would I set up and call the Cylinder projection to be applied to a polygon selection from my plugin.
Thanks!
