Can someone explain the technical/programming purpose/usage of the "Oskin" object?
For either the C++ SDK or Melange?
What is the correct way to set it up?
As far as I can tell, it is a dummy object with no functions.  It doesn't seem to be a container of anything,
be a pointer to anything, or have anything else point to it.
And the docs don't help much either, in terms of programming.

The purpose of the Oskin object is to deform its parent based on the joint list of the parent's weight tag.
