As both Coffee and Py scripts are stored at the same location (prefs) the following happen.
Coffee scripts can not be organized in folders. (Would be -really- good if they could or be stored in the ContentBrowser somehow). If they are in a folder they don't show up in ScriptManager List.
But… As I have hundreds of Coffee scripts some are put in folders on purpose (Test set ups, things to remember and such). Now these folders are recognized by Python and thus they show up by name in the Python script list. (But doesn't run of coarse as it is only folders ).
