R9 Equivalent to CCurve::GetValue()?

Is there an R9 equivalent to R10's CCurve::GetValue()? At the moment I'm using BaseDocument::AnimateObject() for R9, but I don't know if that call is thread safe.

There is no such equivalent. AnimateObject() should be thread safe afaik. Just make sure not to use the original document if you are in a GetVirtualObjects() for instance. Also keep in mind AnimateObject() does not evaluate expressions. In this case you have to use AnimateDocument().
