--------- Hi, I've created a scenehook plugin that adds an object to a layer when an object is created. Ideally I'd like to have the option to enable or disable this behaviour using a button within the C4D GUI that behaves like the XYZ axis buttons. Any help in how I could achieve this would be appreciated as all my efforts have failed.
Cheers, JDP.

Isn´t a message plugin more suitable for this? Just a thought.

Hi Katachi, thanks for your response. Just to be clear, the object created is not my own object type but any C4D object. I'm using Nodedata::Message which is not available in a message plugin. I think the problem is that I'm not entirely sure how to implement a scenehook plugin or a message plugin and can't find any examples. If you or anyone else could give me a small example of each I would greatly appreciate it, and I'm sure others would too.
Regards, JDP
