Hi,

my plugin comes with 2 shaders, and I would like them to be in a submenu of the shader menu (like the submenus "Effects", "Sketch" and "Surfaces").

How can I do this? I thought, maybe it would happen automatically, like it is the case with tags. But it doesn't.

Thanks for tips!

Cheers,
Jack

If you have 2 or more shaders in your plugin they should be automatically in a submenu. For instance the SDK shaders are in a "Cinema4dsdk" submenu.

See also the "Shader organization" paragraph of the "Changes to the material system in 8.5" chapter in the SDK docu.

cheers,
Matthias
