as an additional information, those are: CHoCoTools Merger, CHoCoTools Normalo, CellularShader, copypastepolys, DublicateObject, NoiseDeformer, PointCollapse, ShearRotateScale, Smooth, SplineConnector, SplineNoiseDeformer, ThingsOnSurfaceShader, UVtoObject
no matter which of them, if one of them is removed, my shader works like it should
so the question is, is there any limitation which is causing this strange behaviour??

I have no idea. The only thing I noticed are that all mentioned plugins except the ChoCoTools are by Michael Welter.

Yes, that's correct and the two others are by Marcus Spranger.

You (or he) will have to try your plugin in conjunction with the other plugins (one at a time). Maybe one of the other plugins uses an unregistered ID which is by a funny coincidence the same as yours.
Does the console tell anything useful about your shader failing to register?
Cheers, Jack
