I have created a very simple script that will toggle a C4D preference on and off. I would like to set the state of the icon (checked/unchecked) based on the value of a bool.

Setting ENABLE = FALSE certainly changes the appearance of the script icon, but then there's no way to activate the command. Is there a "CHECKED" or "ACTIVE" bit I can set somewhere?

The closest thing I could find in the C4D interface are the X,Y,Z axis icons. They toggle on and off. How should I go about creating something like that for a C4D script?
Thanks,

Donovan

CHECK to check or uncheck the command.

Have a look at the snap options scripts in \CINEMA 4D\resource\scripts for some examples.
