InsertBefore/InsertAfter with BaseTags

    Can the GeListNode methods InsertBefore() and InsertAfter() be used to insert tags (BaseTag->BaseList2D->GeListNode) into an object's tag list? Any gotchas on using these instead of InsertTag()?
