Is it possible to know what object is being shaded, from inside a shader?
I mean, is it possible inside the Output routine of a shader plug-in to know what is the current object that is being shaded?
Don't forget that I'm using COFFEE.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is it, at least, possible?

Hi Rui,

I don´t think it´s possible in COFFEE. I don´t see anything in the docs that links to a function that lets you retrieve the currently processed object.

It seems that it should be something quite simple, isn't it? But, in fact, I found nothing in the docs :( That is why I asked here. Damn!! Why is it COFFEE so limited in so many things? :(
