    Heyho,

    I am in search of a possibility to print something to a seperate console.
    In my case a tag writes a String to a C4DGadget (MultiTextEdit).
    But its toooooo slow.

    output += newOutput;
    [...]
    SetString(C4DGadget, output);

    Is it possible to print more than one line to the StaticText?
    String + GeGetLineEnd + String didn't work.

    Bye..

    writing more lines should work with "textline1 /n textline2"

    Hi!

    I have no problems with multilines. I tried String + \n + String. Cinema 4D slows down, because it refreshs the Multitextbox each frame. ( because it is a console)

    per frame / one new textline.

    But refreshing the textbox each frame slows c4d down. That's the point. Why?

    Then why not using a static text field?

    String + GeGetLineEnd() + String doesn't work.
