    You can use the Space Navigator in Cinema4D under Windows. You have to open the Space Navigator dialog in Cinema, you find it under this menu, Windows- >Space Mouse->SpaceMouse Dialog. This is for Cinema4D 10.5. In older version it was under the Plugins menu I think. You have to keep the dialog open.
