Hi ...

In a dialog plugin ...
Can I know the current position of my dialog?
How can I know it?
Can I change the position then?

Looking forward to hear from you ... and thanks in advance ...

Not possible as far as I know. There is no such functionality. As you probably know, you can open the dialog either at a specific screen position (or with respect to the cursor using (-1,-1)). There are no functions to change or get the position thereafter.

Now, when I was opening a dialog over the View window to show object names, I used a clever but dangerous trick where I'd open the dialog, do some calculations with respect to the View window to get a new position, and then close and reopen the dialog at that new position. It is not a recommended solution and was abandoned due to instabilities.

Such is the control of Cinema 4D SDK GUIs.
