When will it be possible to do so, in COFFEE? Or, is it already?

According to the R9.5 COFFEE docs:
At the moment there's no way to allocate new keys with C.O.F.F.E.E..
The same is said for tracks and sequences. You can get and set existing ones, you just can't create them.

Yes, unfortunately I already read that
So, my question becomes just:
When will it be implemented?

At this point, it is only Maxon (and maybe beta-testers) who know if COFFEE now (R10) supports creation of Tracks and Keys.
One thing to note: R10 animation has been completely revamped (to my dismay). Sequences no longer exist, per se; it is now the CCurve class and is automatically added to and retrieved from the CTrack (no allocation). It is possible that during this revamp that they added such support to COFFEE. Let's hope so!
