Hi,
I'm writing a Post effect plugin that (with other functionalities) could write a depth map. I read in this forum that I should switch on the near and far blur of the camera so that I can get the VPBUFFER_DEPTH from the Render object.
I tried but I got nothing. A rendering with those options shows no difference (I set the values like it is writen in the documentation). Is there something else to switch on ?
Otherwise, would it be possible to create a depth map for a saved picture with the method VolumeData::TraceGeometry ? If yes, could you explain me a bit how I should use it because the SDK doesn't explain a lot about that.
Thanks a lot !
