How can I load my dialog plugin from another dialog plugin?
This code open a blank dialog, not my require plugin, even thought I pass PLUGIN_ID to this open function.
Can anyone help me ?

The PLUGIN_ID you pass there is only used so that C4D knows which CommandData to call RestoreLayout() with. It doesn't affect the dialog content. You will either need to duplicate the dialog code, if the two plugins are in different modules, or send a message to the other plugin to open its dialog.
