How come that if i put a GePrint in the PluginEnd(void), it never gets in the console?
Is PluginEnd never called?

PluginEnd() will be called when Cinema 4D is about to close. So use this function to release the resources not to debug. If you really want to know whether PluginEnd is called or not, use MessageDialog() rather than GePrint.

Hmm, I would rather use the Debug mode of VC++ or use GeDebugOut() than calling a modal message dialog. It´s faster and much better for debuging.
