TEXGROUP always disabled

Hello,
if i insert a TEXGROUP in my CONTAINER the TEXGROUP is disabled. How can i enable the TEXGROUP?

The TEXGROUP is enabled and i can select images and shaders. But, when i save these changes and reload the scene, these changes are lost.
Why? Do i have to do saving myself?
