--------- Hi, First off, I'm a member of some other forums and I know how annoying those people are who register, start a new topic with a silly question, and are never heard of again. I apologize in advance. The question: Using COFFEE, ho do you get the name of a tag? This is what I have so far:
Obj->GetFirstTag();
Not much, aye? I have the tag as a variable, then what? I've looked all over SDK and can't find a function to get the name.
If you're wondering why I need the tags, I'm writing somthing that turns off tags with a certain name after a certain frame passes by.
Thanks!

Have you tried something like this to see if the method is available?:
var tag = obj->GetFirstTag(); println("Tag's Name: "+tag->GetName());

Yes I've tried, there is no GetName() for tags.

Well, there is, but only for some of the tags derived from BaseTag by the looks of it. Looks like most of them have no access to the name field directly. You may need to use the BaseTag's BaseContainer to retrieve the name from the A.M. You'll need to know the ID of the name field in order to do this.
