I can create a Menuplugin with all the Dialog i need, but could somebody please explain to me, how i can create a new Light in my Scene with Coffee?
I've come as far as:

var Licht = new(LightObject);
Licht->SetName("Test");
var PositionsVektor = vector(0,0,0);
Licht->SetPosition(PositionsVektor);

but how do i make it actually show up in my scene?

Thank You very much

You have to actually add it to your document now
use BaseDocument::InsertObject to do this

[bool] InsertObject([BaseObject] op, [[BaseObject] parent = NULL],
                     [[BaseObject] prev = NULL]);

example

doc->InsertObject(Licht);

How about:

GetActiveDocument()->InsertObject(Licht);

? ;)
