Register description / .str search path

    I defined a container and register it by
    if( !RegisterDescription( 1000005, "OBaseObjectExtension" ) ) return FALSE;
    Normaly, the according string files are searched in the res path of my plugin, I did that in several plugins before, it always worked.
    Now I made a new plugin, but the str files are searched in the cinema resource path....
    I can remember I've done something in my other plugins...but I can't remember what, and I even do not find it, anyone knows it? Friday afternoons....

    There always needs to be a c4d_symbols.h in the res directory. Because my plugin only registers a description, I did not need to define any symbols, so I left this file out -> resource.Init fails.
