Hi,
Why the Boolean operation creates huge points (even with a simple/small object)? Is there any way to control these points? I mean, I want to minimize the number of points created by the boolean opeation.

Well you could try running the poly reduction tool on the mesh after booleaning.

Maxon are working on a much improved boolean implementation, which will hopefully make booles in C4D actually useful when they release it...

At the moment, Arndt's 'Edge Extrude Pro' plugin can help out a lot, but it requires more work than a standard boole.
