Define size of In_Exclude field

since R18 (C++ docs changes in R18) the InExclude CustomGUI got extended.
In a resource file you can use the parameters SMALL_MODE_SIZE and BIG_MODE_SIZE to set the size in small/non-extended and in big/extended mode (flag OPEN), the constants to use in GetDDescription() are to be found in above link with R18 changes.

Note that the size is not passed in pixels, but rather has to be calculated by SizePix().
